When our restaurant opened in 1988, curry in Yamaguchi was mostly Western-style, and it was rare to find a place serving authentic Indian flavors. Since then, we have been supported by many curry lovers who say, “Whenever I come to Yamaguchi, I must visit Shiva.” Our menu has continued to grow, and we always strive to be a place that people want to come back to.
